Steak Tips & Shrimp Scampi - A generous portion of shrimp, baked scampi-style in butter, with your choice of Teriyaki or plain sirloin steak tips.
Sirloin Steak Tips - We grill almost a full pound of our tender steak tips. Choose either Teriyaki or regular.
Baby Back Ribs - A full rack of the best Baby Back ribs you've ever eaten, slow-cooked until the meat is so tender that it falls off the bone! Slathered with our special bar-b-que sauce. Served with fries and cole slaw.
The Trombo - A portion of our best Baby Back ribs, five ounces of our grilled USDA Choice sirloin steak tips, marinated in Teriyaki sauce, and a grilled boneless Teriyaki chicken breast. Served with cole slaw and fries.
Parmesan-Peppercorn Chicken - Two grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts coated with our special Parmesan-peppercorn topping, baked till the cheese is melted and golden. Served with a baked potato, house vegetables and garlic bread.
